FWIW, this is WAY below cost to build, you could buy
an investment property for 1/5 cost. It won't last forever -
at least, I don't think so! So, thinking of trying to
get my low bid, what the heck? -g- Cost to build in
Detroit area is $142 per Sq. foot for a 2000 sq. ft. home.

You can see some VERY nice places there. In fact, most likely
this investment will be a relatively quick triple. These
prices are insane. They will probably pass later this year,
since subprime rate resets are at their peak right now,
March 2008, and will come down later.
