You google up these posts, but you don't read and understand them. Tremendous population growth near the border does not equate with prosperity. Now it is true that real-estate prices are way up, but a large part of that is due to the instability in Mexico. Rich Mexican citizens can park their money between the border and the first border patrol checkpoint and they have options. Mexico is closer to internal unrest than you might realize.
