I will suggest that your head grade % is high, 2% would be good, the mill will not handle grades like 5% well, it has to be dilluted for the equipment to work most efficiently.

Also, I see no way at all that the mill will run 90 days per quarter. What I've read from the company suggests 25 days per month is about the goal. Mills break down and need maintenance. And the mine has had trouble generating enough mill feed to stay at 100 TPD for long periods.
