There is a reasonable % of the population that do not have the cognitive abilities or impulse control to own a home without the piranhas of the world picking all the capital off their bones On a different note I just reasoned myself into the deflation camp today and sold part of my gold.I only now realized that the time lag to inflate wages is too long.We get deflation then inflation
