Again, we are known by the company we keep. Once people stop themselves from being memorized by the color of his skin, and listen to what he is saying, perhaps some common sense will finally shine through. I feel disappointed by Obama. If he espoused Republican ideals, or basic things like respecting the Individual, and believing that the Individual can and should be in control of his own destiny, I could vote for him. But noooooooooo.....he wants the Government to do everything for everyone, leaving the Individual in the dust, and having the Collective take over. What a difference between Jeremiah Wright, and Bill Cosby. Crosby has said the black citizens of the US are about 12-13% of the population, but about 50% of ALL crimes committed are by black men. Cosby thinks the black society can and should cure itself of their bad behavior. Wright blames it on the white man (and woman). And my particular rant is, I don't know why the blacks continually say they are "black" unless they have black ancestors on both sides of their ancestry, as far back as the late 1600's when they started arriving here from Africa. If they don't, and are mixtures of any other race, then they are just plain ole' Americans....just like the rest of us. Not White. Not Black. Not Brown. Not Red, Green, Purple. No Dash anything. Just plain American.
