KT,

There is a 0% probability I would send my child to a CA public school. If I had the time and energy I'd consider home schooling. Since I don't, if I couldn't afford a private school, I'd leave the state. CA would probably rank last on my list of states where I would consider public schools. What the people in CA fail to understand is that many parents are less worried about what they won't get taught at home than what they will get taught in a CA public school.
