Why events all tend to deteriorate and end up looking silly. it takes just 6 brilliant guys to imagine some course of action. Only six because you need a lot of brain power and knowledge to start the event. I have bubbles and the subprime event in mind when I write this, (bear with me if it takes more than A-4 page). Once event is in motion, people, leas brain-powered and less knowledgeable start having an understand of it. They then have hard look and turn it around, and then they grasp. They grasp -as in reverse engineering- but not the whole thing. The essence. All those little pieces that had to be put together. Without those they act reproducing the event and spreading it. Have heard that when the taxi drivers and hotel porters are talking about it, it had become major? Yes at his stage everything is lost and then pain will hit. What have started as real business (repackaging real estate loans) and selling the asset backed instruments, and become very profitable, it turned out into a scheme once that was understood. To get snowball effect you would need to seek as much loan takers as possible. but it reaches a stage that everyone who needed and could afford a mortgage had already one. You double that up but selling refinancing. But it was not enough. We need more. You go down towards the bottom of the barrel. getting more and more risk and you dive. But it was even nicer! The lower towards the bottom of the barrel you go, the more they refinance... By that time Brazilians and Mexicanos arrived there, saw that and imagine: Oh, that is the American dream people keep talking about. So let’s dream! The effect of having a diarrhea and holding it back is catastrophically. Since it build the toxins inside the system, body takes water from the cells to flush that out to clean the body of the bacteria. If you hold that too long the thing comes out in the expected way. To cleanse the system, the person has to stay closer to WC, and at any time the system asks, you go there and -on a controlled manner- let the caca pass through the system. Then -as the FED does- you drink some liquid to replenish the water your cells gave out to produce the diarrhea. Slowly all bacteria are flushed out, you water is replenished and you have some anti-bodies against that bacteria in there. (I don’t have diarrhea here In Benin because a lot the bacteria around West Africa are known by my anti-bodies.) let's talk about sub-prime specifically: The he sub-prime was a case that the persons at the party instead of acknowledging the noises in the gut were bacteria and gases, they kept eating and drinking as if nothing was happening. Then as one of them goes to the toilet, all the other say: we are all healthy. Then another goes. Then another. cut for today: The septic tank is full. The FED has drained the reservoir on the roof -asked for water truck to come to replenish, go to the water and sewage utility saying the caca will overflow into the streets... Then people start saying. It is major epidemics. But I stayed at home. Didn’t go to the party why should I have diarrhea? That is the case of countries that have not engaged in the bacteria infested buffet.
