Maneuver-ability
Geez, the Russian definitely make great machine, makes me marvel on wisdom of human beings. The boys and gals pulling the strings on Benie and Poi(l)son definitely envy the SU30, they probably are hitting their foreheads, saying, "how did we wasted so much to have lost the manipulating dimensions." They had it, but wasted it.

It seems they won what you call a "civil" war with Tibet. < the 1.3 + billion folks on the mainland (i) know in their heart of hearts that they will have a say on the issue of settling of a civil war, (ii) deny past invaders a platform for future invasions, and (iii) they can and will have their collective way.> But they lost the "civil" war with Taiwan, which was actually conflict among local yokels in China, some of whom escaped to Taiwan and took over there.

If the 1.3 billion are keen to have more fighting, they might just get it. They might find, as sometimes people do, that starting wars can lead to unintended consequences and quite some regrets. But often people prefer to learn such lessons again rather than read history books. Which means there should be a LOT of fun in the 21st century, same as the 20th and those before that.

A good way to start is to get some emotional entanglement with financial relativity theory splattering people all over the place in debt-funded economic implosion beyond the event horizon. Speak of the Devil!
