elmat, I don't think my father in law ever had a 'Greek Salad' before he came from Greece to England :O) Kinda like 'Pineapple Chicken' to the Chinese I guess... my family made and sold it... but you'd never catch us ordering it in a restaurant.. So where do you fit in :O) BTW talking about the olive removes the need to follow a dogma... I am equally comfy short or long gold for example... selon le cas ... That is a good lesson one should take away from this thread.. IMO The Black Swan
