why do you think you need the "minutes" to anything? President Bush offered energy plans and were always put down by the tree hugging liberals. I AM HERE TO TELL YOU RIGHT NOW THAT WE BETTER GET TO DRILLING IN EVERY PLACE WE POSSIBLY CAN. Did you notice that the new leader of Russia cut off oil to some of the other countries around it? Did you notice that China's energy consumption is going up and they are paying BIG money for prime drilling sites around the world? Are you aware that the average American uses about 25 barrels of oil per year...and that a person in China uses about TWO barrels of oil per year....what do you think is happening in the world...What do you think will happen when China gets to just an average of about FIVE or TEN barrels of oil? You think 3.50 is high, you better hang on to your tin foil hat. Did you notice that the ethanol deal is a scam that will not work?
