Limbaugh has very limited clout these days. But in the super-tight Texas primary he may have helped HIllary win her razor-thin victory, so that was significant. But these days Limbaugh is no more influential than Ralph Nader or any other discredited fringe character. I doubt anyone but his choir (maybe 5% of the country) takes him seriously.
