"Translation please." He seems to be saying that our higher educational system is an inferior one. I'd be interested in seeing which one he thinks is superior to ours.

You're against big oil aren't you? Yet the price gouging at today's universities isn't part of your complaint. Exxon has the largest profits in the world because it is one of the largest companies in the world, yet the liberal Bill Gates gouging consumers at 3x the profit rate isn't part of your complaint. You buy a BMW because tenured, unionized American car companies build junk, yet students wanting vouchers to leave your failed, tenured, unionized American public school system is unacceptable to you.
