I know how this could be achieved. With tax incentives to have everyone that can work from home. If you deal with people over the phone or through a computer, there's no need for you to have to commute every day. This would be a LOT of people, if they were ALL working from home.

This is bad....why?

Perhaps your life can be led by sitting at home - the rest of us like to get out now and again. Our state government should be working to make transportation easy by building roads, bridges and ferries to places we want to go - not telling us how to get there.
