Fine David, do what you want. You have a well established track record of allowing your buddy to get away with anything and banning those who questioned him. I don't know if you've changed your policy or not because I haven't been over here in a long time but please don't try to claim you don't allow abusive posts. Clearly you did in the past, but only if your buddy was making them.

--David, I didn't just talk about kirk. I also talked about mutual fund companies using similar shady tactics. My point was that I believe many mutual fund companies, and probably 80 or 90% of newsletter writers do whatever they can get away with to make their performance records look as good as possible.

This definitely does not excuse Bob. But I think it is a legitimate point. Do you disagree?
