Hitler also taught his followers to hate liberals. The word liberal means someone who loves freedom. It also emans someone who believes in democracy, equality, civil rights, human rights, good government, the environment, peace, health and education. Liberal presidents can be tough when they need to be, but primarily they are concerned about helping the people and the country. The liberal tradition began as a reaction to the robber baron's upper class total control of their US economy and their purchase of DC politicians which enabled the rich to pay no taxes at all. This went on until Teddy Roosevelt started breaking up the trusts and then the GOP elite's Great DEpression spawned a whole generation, who would end up being The Greatest Generation who demanded eaual rights for the workingclass. But the rightwing doesn't like the workingclass or want to help them in any way. They care only about the toip .001% which I'm sure you are not part of. Anyone like you who supports government for the super rich by the super rich is a total sucker, because they've been robbing you blind too. If you care about yourself, your country and your financial future you'd better get on the progressive band-wagon. Bushies will only hurt you more and more. BTW< your name PROLIFE means you care a lot about abortion. Well Bush and his family are all pro-choice. They just lie to you people for the sake of elections. Bush himself had two girlfriends aborted in the 70's. Gerald Ford before he died declared the entire Bush family is pro-life because they all told him so at private gatherings. So at most you've been pandered to, then screwed over economically. And notice not a single law passed against abortion rights while Bush has been in power. Nothing. All talk, no action. BTW, men should not be able to tell women what to do with their wombs. Anymore than I want women telling me what to do with my penis. That was also Barry GOldwater's position.
