Sorry, I don't have advanced search. I told you Countrywide was in trouble way before you or Cramer knew it, and you denied it. I have known for many months...since last summer that Countrywide was in trouble. If you knew before that, then you are a genius because up until early last summer, most people did not know the extent of the subprime fiasco. In addition, you thought the housing industry was in trouble because of what you called the housing bubble. Had that been all there was to it........mucho speculation.......the industry would have been in trouble but nowhere near to the extent it is now. Everyone that follows the Residential Real Estate Crash thread knew this was coming - we were WAY ahead of everyone, and that certainly includes that egomaniac Cramer. There were a few pundits right there with us, but Cramer wasn't one of them. Chris, from what I've seen you post here, you have a cursory understanding of how the housing industry works. Secondly, you are like the perma bulls.....eventually they are right only because they keep predicting there will be a recession. However, some time it takes many years before they right.
