Nope...no thoughts why...Actually, I have always had a bias against looking for inter-market correlations...Too many disparate factors at work...impossible to sort out..

Only exception I'd possibly make is for exchange rates among the major, freely convertible, currencies...where interest rate differentials call the tune..in the short-run...Over longer periods, not necessarily...Again, other factors can come into play..

But another question...what about a replay of 2003/4 ?? stocks up, rates in the cellar for about a year.. ????
