Money may be fungible but being fungible does not make the reception of it or the substitution for return ethical.

Candidates and their staffs have a responsibility to know where the money is coming from---from what I've read both Hsu and Rezo were known to Clinton and to Obama in spite of denials.

For me I see a question of ethics and good judgement on the part of both Ms. Hillary and Mr. Obama.
