We are not even close to Z. -g- What happened last week
appears to be selective liquidity placement into the greedy hands
of the banking system. On one hand, a drastic expansion of TAF
and at least a 75 bp. cut now priced in for March, with
short T-s pricing in the possibility of emergency cut
as early as this week. On the other hand, a huge liquidity
drain. One has to be very careful. The Feds are, of course,
up to crashing commodities, shoring up USD, and rallying
equities - as usual, but it may not work that way, since
all that liquidity drain may crash hedge funds and
derivatives instead.
If we do get a huge gold dump, it will be a nice buying
opportunity.

72 is support area for USD. We may see a bit of a bounce
