U.S. Soldier Arrested for Alleged Iraq Rape, Killings

Morning Edition, July 4, 2006 · A joint investigation by the FBI and the U.S. military has led to a former Army soldier being accused of rape and four counts of murder in Iraq. At least three other U.S. soldiers still in Iraq are under investigation in the March 12 rape and killings in Mahmoudiya, south of Baghdad.
