Yep, it's a rather obscure ETN...so liquidity is nill.
Looks like it just started trading 6m ago.

Nuclear Reactors use lots of it...even computer Hard drives..

Do not go with nickel alone. Split it with cobalt, better yet go cobalt, nickel and moly in about that order or even stevens.

Buy the small mining stocks and you will do better than any ETF.

Not yet time to buy though. Be patient.

Interesting article on the redesign of the PC battery in this month's Spectrum. Cool to see a good piece of engineering work -- no radical design -- just look at the battery see what is wrong with it and change it.
