I discourage others from posting personally inflammatory remarks. As you know I also decline to over moderate. Can you see that people who agitate contrary to the values that our ancestors fought and died for can be perceived to be against the country? Our forefathers advocated freedom from government mandates, leftists want to empower government to mandate our entire lives. Our forefathers advocated freedom of expression yet leftists advocate silencing those who disagree. Our forefathers advocated and died for human dignity yet leftist advocate allowing tyrants all over the globe be free to strip humans of dignity. Our forefathers advocated freedom from unreasonable taxation yet leftists advocate confiscatory taxation. The list goes on. Relatives of my ancestors died to free this nation from the British. Ancestors and relatives of ancestors died to keep this nation together as slavery and other resentment threatened to pull it apart. My father and father in law fought to keep the world free from tyranny. I regret not choosing to join the military and help secure the nation from another generation of tyrants. Please remember that American is the nation that existed before you tried to overlay your desires over her. She is the nation that my ancestors have helped to forge and I will continue to work to keep despite those who desire to morph her into a failed socialistic model. Some of my best friends say things that embarrass me and if some online posters write things that are hurtful they bear responsibility. I am deeply sorry that you have had to experience negativity and personal attacks.
