Whether or not they turned out to be correct, because if you throw enough BS out there sooner or later it will, isn't really relevant. By your logic, if a "psychic" makes 1000 predictions and one happens to match up, they are real. No wonder "National Enquirer" sells so well... "No, the issue is spying on foreign enemies." Only in a sense. The issue is that the law is being broken on the off chance that someone may be an enemy. For some odd reason, you seem to feel that obeying the law is a trivial concern if the issue is important enough.
