Its not a single building. And this is important why? Do you have no fiscal responsibility at all? Also while local labor is pretty cheap in Iraq, some things are a lot more expensive. If you have to transport materials or equipment in you are going to pay a lot of those materials and equipment. Right. Remind me never to put you on a construction job. The building is in the heart of Baghdad. You don't think there is no building equipment in a city of 3 million?
