I’m running to be commander-in-chief. And the reason I’m running to be commander-in-chief is because I believe that the most important thing when you answer that phone call at 3 in the morning is: What kind of judgment you have? He did a good job here by turning it back on her by questioning her judgment, i.e. staking out the claim that her vote showed poor judgment.
