I looked up the datasheet for the Celeron 220, which goes into low cost integrated motherboards, since the desktop Celeron 400 series only gives the dimensions of the IHS (Integrated Heat Spreader). Of course, I don't think you'll disagree that it's quite likely the Celeron 220 and Celeron 400 Series use the same die, given that they are both single core variants of the same micro-architecture.

If you look at Table 16 on page 34, you will see the measurements doe Die Width and Die Length, at 11.1mm x 8.2mm, respectively. That comes out to 91mm^2.

However, you need to take into account the epoxy that covers the raw silicon, which does have a non-zero thickness. If you assume just a quarter millimeter per side, then the actual die size comes out to be 10.6mm x 7.7mm, or 82mm^2, give or take a couple.
