Hey stupid! Spitzer violated the Mann act. The one created to stop things like White Slavery. That is a felony. It is about the law, not sex. Violators of the Mann act include those who recruit models and actresses from one state or country and bring them to another for purposes of prostitution or other illicit reasons. You should be familiar with it. Many women from Eastern Europe and Central America are imported the same way. Many are told they have jobs for them in modeling, singing etc. The same happen to American women who were told they had entertainment jobs in Japan, Middle East etc. Some young girls who are underage to have sex in one state are taken to another where they could have legally had sex if they were residents of that state. He had no problem prosecuting men and women all over New York for prostitution. Cost them their jobs, money, freedom and public humiliation by posting their pictures. It isn't the same as "having an affair and in the case you mention, there is know evidence. In this case it is substantial.
