Its just one more insult. Never have I seen the feds and their spending so out of control. I am beyond understanding how we got such idiots running this country. And all of us are paying for it.......while the rest of the world prospers. Very sad. Why are you so focused on $1bil over multiple years, when the feds are projecting spending of $3100bil for 2009 alone? Maybe as much as ten trillion by the time this project is finished... Which would make this 1 part in 10,000, and a lot of that 10,000 has less justification that this spending.
