Funny side story today on one of the cable networks. The little girl who is sleeping peacefully in her bed while her weirdly skulking mother slides by in that infamous red phone ad, was interviewed. She is now about to turn 18, and is a vocal and active supporter of Obama. She had done some earlier acting (ten years ago!), and that footage was on file with someone who supplied it to the campaign. She wants to do a counter-ad with Obama. Very articulate and funny teen. The reporter said, were you really asleep? (don't you wonder where they get these reporters?) and she answered something like, "No, I wasn't asleep. Nothing is true in that ad!"
