I could be wrong but maybe since the fed is cutting rates like crazy maybe they are waiting for all the cuts to end or close to the end to get a good rate. But as u see I've thrown out a lot of "what ifs" and "maybe's" on this forum. I dont think there will b a M&A these boys will pull it off. And when i find out im right, i'll play the lottery the same day.lol
