LIAR. The rightwing is nothing BUT corruption and scandals. I challenge you name us a single major rightwing politician who hasn't had some kind of major ethical or corruption scandal in the past 7 years. As for democrats, we have practically NO corruption scandals, and sleeping with a prostitute, as personally embarrasing as that is, is a third level misdemeanor in New York, technically just barely a crime and one which is never prosecuted and never enforced. If all johns were prosecuted, millions of American men including your husband (if you still have one) and all kinds of captains of industry and Republican leaders would be in prison now. Millions. The biggest prostitute scandal in the past few years was Porter Goss, Bush's CIA chief, forced to resign over a gay hooker scandal, and another gay hooker scandal felling one of the big three evangelical preachers, Reverend Haggard. Those were meaningful scandals. Spitzer's is much less important. I predict Spitzer will stay on and beat this. I also want to know how and why he was being investigated in the first place. Was this a Bush justice department hit job? Did they use illegal domestic spying? Are the Bushies trying to kill the careers of top democrats before they themselves are ousted from power? Why is this even happening?
