Only 3 are under the age of 60 and 5 are 69 and above..the oldest being 88. The odds of losing another SCJ soon are very good.

You're probably right. Even if Ginsburg or Stevens were to retire right now, another conservative justice would be next to impossible to get through the Senate by the end of Bush's term.
