I'll check out the video later, but I would say that prostitution is mostly a victimless crime. Now there are a lot of crimes associated with prostitution, I'm just talking about the prostitution itself. Not forcing someone in to prostitution, not abusing the prostitutes, not prostitutes stealing from johns etc. As for the wife, well her husband cheated on her. That could be considered a non crime with a victim.
