I am betting super spike in oil will be followed by super spike in Natural Gas prices.

My reasons storage is at a very critical level, we will see where it ends up on 3/31/08
Drilling has been tremendous for the last few years but Depletion has been winning the Battle.
All the low hanging fruits have been plucked.
Environmental concerns.
People always thought NG was a local factor unlike Oil which was global due to its transportability.
No mistake for errors like Hurricanes are factored in.

I am still mulling over how best to play this. One way may be too buy HGT most of their gas is locked up in the Rockies with limited price and this year they are building REX express which will bring their gas to NE market, which will tie it with NYMEX prices.
