Uh no, I didn't claim that every last NGMA based product had
its own unique maskset, only that there were more masksets
at 65 nm than the initial 4MB dual core device. And the vast
majority if not totality of production for each SKU is either an
unaltered device or a deliberately fused down fully functional
device of the "next size up" maskset, not scrap recovery of
more capable devices with defects.
