"If it's backed by facts, its not an allegation....facts may be produced that will prove an allegation and then its no longer an allegation."

No shep. Facts and a body of substantial evidence may exist and are usually known when allegations are made, which could and often do result in charges being filed. The accused is presumed innocent until proven in a court of law where the facts are sufficient for a judgment of guilty to be delivered or not. So in legal settings they are careful to say the alleged (crime) though facts have been gathered and are being presented until the court's judgement is rendered.

"You keep trying, don't you...??

I am not known for giving up. I keep trying and managing to use reason and principle to demonstrate how pitifully lame and unfounded your positions are. Why you choose to come back and humiliate your self day after day, in that way, is remarkable. Most people would learn from that mistake and work to develop sound reasoning skills. It seems like you deliberately take the indefensible position on every topic, I find that to be a very odd habit.
