Ah, AS, Spitzer, it has been reported has been very active with this criminal enterprise for 6 years. That is hardly a set-up.

Clearly, Spitzer is the only victim here. He's been set up and stung. And he overpaid for sex wildly. The girl made out great.

I think you are correct that we shouldn't be expect Democratic AG's (where Spitzer made his reputation) to not violate the law. Democrats are above the law.
