Once again, you are responding as if my total argument in favor of legalizing prostitution is that it's a victimless crime.

By the way, the DUI comparison is completely specious. Of course I don't favor allowing people to drive drunk. There are tens of thousands of victims of drunk drivers every year.

'If prostitution were not illegal, she would have been hurt less.' is not an argument for legalization of prostitution, not directly and by itself. Its a counter argument to "its not victimless the wife was a victim".
