Hillary is attacking him relentlessly in PA and he is now almost 20% behind. So he has to get over there and defend himself. Remember, Hillary attacks him with lies. So he needs to let people see him and speak to him to help them understand that he can't possibly be as bad as Hillary paints him to be. He needs to make PA a close race. If he can get it to within 10% or less, then this is well and truly over. If she beats him by 20% then, then this will give her enough powder to convince a heck of a lot of super delegates to come to her side, which could upset the apple cart.
