I see this guy in my building that manages corporate sales for ATT cell customers. First time we ever talked today and he asks me how the real estate bus is going. I got in about a 2 minute spiel and when i got to "financial meltdown" he put his hands over his ears and started babbling to drown me out as he walked away.

I don't think I'll get a Christmas card.
