"You can't compare Spitzer to Haggard. Spitzer's vice was private and hurt no one."

Get real. Spitzer made a career of going after high dollar call girls. Now, I don't have a problem with high dollar call girls, they are probably the least exploited sex workers, but Spitzer made them out to be an ultimate evil. He not only used them to make his career, he used them. In more ways than one. For that he deserves to be pilloried.

Look beyond partisanship. Spitzer screwed up.

spitzer's fun did hurt his wife. however, i am with you on this one.... if the man has the money, the man can have his fun. he wasn't using his position to have his fun... he was using his own money.... yep, he was fulfilling his dream.... ROFL

now with that out of the way i still haven't received your take on Masked Maniac #3...

AS, you must be feeling proud right now.

Spitzer just did the honorable thing today. A "private vice" that hurt no one, yet Spitzer holds himself to a higher standard than anyone is expected, especially those hypocrites in the GOP.

What a great day for the Democrats, for democracy in general, and for America. The ABB fight must go on!!!

Sincerely,
LOL-zor

Heath Ledger Found Murdered by Bush in NYC Apartment

I'm surprised you weren't the first to post about Bush's murder of the Brokeback Mtn star, Cliff.

This afternoon, actor Heath Ledger was found dead of an apparent drug overdose in the apartment of Mary Kate-Olsen, a known GOP operative. I wouldn't be surprised if George Bush's name was on the prescription labels, too. It all goes back to the religious right's backlash against Brokeback Mountain and the seething hatred all conservatives have for same-sex couples. Whether it's Ledger/Gylellynyhal, or Kerry/Edwards, Bush just can't stand the thought of two men being madly in love with one another.
