You should get your facts right before making such an incorrect statement. The Celeron 220 has a 19W TDP spec, which is far outside the passive cooling envelope. It's also well beyond what Intel has achieved with low voltage parts (currently 10W TDP for ULV dual cores). Didn't you bother to check the spec that I sent you?

Also notice that the Celeron 500 series used for mobile has similar die measurements. Slide 32.

Die size = 80.66 mm^2.
