Now - in most places - that still means she has to be a woman. I don't which place would consider such a statement as being a woman. It is natural to infer that "being married to Bill" means married to a ex-President. State another way, the experience she claims could also be claimed by Laura Bush. And yes indeed, Laura's experience along with that of her mother-in-law and her sister-in-law (former first lady of Florida) makes her an excellent candidate for the POTUS. It has nothing to do with that of a woman.
