Not much of a scandal. Many good people got on that list. Being on the list did not mean you took bribes. If they sent a legal political contribution you were on the list. Or if you did legal business with Iraq at the time you could be on the list. It was also a lot longer than 7 years ago. Remember, AS said in the past 7 years.
