Even the document you posted showed that those dies were all fused off and that typical die size is larger than the standard SC 1MB L2 die. 10+mm2 doesn't come from kerf.

I must be reading this wrong. You are saying that the mechanical die dimensions listed in the datasheet are a "blended" or average size of the various different die used to build that part????

Please, someone tell me I'm reading this wrong...
