That's actually a pretty lame argument. If you want to attack Spitzer, attack him for his hypocrisy of going after prostitution rings while availing himself of one. If you want to argue he is a bully who abused his power, make a case for that directly instead of saying "ha ha". Spitzer apparently broke the law. That's yet another angle one can take. But to use someone's choice of sexual partners against them is not and should not play a role in assessing how someone does their job, IMO-- unless, again, there's hypocrisy involved that totally undermines their professional ethics.
