Yes, I think so. Mr. Elliott was able to pick up on something very important and did an incredible job developing his ideas, but as you say, he was human. Besides, with the technology of his day he had to work based on a relatively limited number of charts. We probably see many more charts that he did. No doubt that we may notice from time to time things which he did not.
