floyd: you're way off base .. no surprise there.

They didn't fool Kotsonis into selling KSI, Kotsonis was looking to sell KSI so he could retire. Kotsonis was advertising KSI on a website that sold small businesses before ACII ever got involved. Everyone knows this (except you, apparently).

Additionally, they didn't buy KSI with shares as you claim. If you try reading the SEC Filings, you might be able to figure out.
