Hi Jim. FedEx is the epitome of top-down structure, regardless of its circuitous methods. The Internet, on the other hand, epitomizes chaos. Somewhere in between those two models lies a swamp. You've made a lot of good points, but what I'm hearing in your last post is frustration at not being able to reconcile the two. I'm finger-tied and brain-dead at the moment, having completed a long day. I'll attempt to do a better job of addressing your finer points over the weekend. FAC ------
