They hate Ann for 1. talking about whores at all and 2. actually putting the word whore and two of their favorite hero's names in the same sentence. But the whole subject is taboo in the eyes of liberals. They will say "it was just sex..what's the problem? Why do conservatives always have to pry into people's private lives? It's none of their business what two consenting adults do. Conservatives need to butt out." Dershowitz goes a little further than that but frames the argument in an article in the WSJ today. Liberals believe in and rely on the 1st amendment to protect them while at the same time silencing their opposition whenever they get the chance. I've noticed they will become down right mean, nasty and violent if a conservative becomes too vociferous or strident in his/her opposition to their views.
